Job summary

Gunster in West Palm Beach is seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support complex real estate closings and related diligence.

Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, reviewing titles and surveys, drafting and reviewing purchase, sale, and loan documents, and reviewing zoning reports, service contracts, and permits. A minimum of five years’ CRE closings and title matters experience is required; law firm experience is preferred.
