KBF Advisory is seeking an experienced Manager for its Corporate Tax Services group. The role focuses on income tax accounting, compliance, and planning for diverse clients, from startups to large multinational entities.

You will manage teams, oversee ASC 740 provisions, and serve as the primary contact for a portfolio while driving high-quality work within budget and schedule. Hybrid/remote options available within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recent Corporate Tax experience and management responsibility.
• Proven ability supervising engagements and reviewing tax work papers.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review income tax provisions under ASC 740 for corporate clients.
• Provide tax provision and compliance services for startups to Fortune 500 clients.
• Lead client relationships and mentor junior staff; ensure timely, accurate work.
