Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of corporate tax experience and proficiency with tax software. This on-site role transitions to a hybrid model with three in-office days per week in Elk River.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related field.
• 1–3 years of corporate income tax experience.
• Basic understanding of federal and state tax compliance.
• Experience using corporate tax software (OneSource, Corptax, ProSystem/Access Tax).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and analyze financial data with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments.
• Prepare income tax workpapers and depreciation calculations.
• Gather financial data from accounting systems and subsidiaries.
• Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes.
• Assist with tax credits and incentives data.
• Assist with tax notices, audits, and inquiries.
• Conduct basic income tax research and summarize findings.
• Maintain tax files and documentation per policy.
• Support external tax advisors and auditors.
• Contribute to tax process improvements and automation.
