Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across corporate functions, partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent aligned to active project needs.

The role focuses on proactive sourcing, building pipelines, and driving recruiting activity in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The successful candidate will own candidate pipelines, manage multiple open roles, and maintain strong communication with hiring managers to ensure

Qualifications

• 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in agency recruiting or proactive in-house sourcing.
• Demonstrated success building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach and networking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and partner with field leadership and hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations and labor markets.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements and hiring strategies with managers for construction and project-based roles.
• Recruit across IT, accounting/finance, sales, HR and operations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via proactive sourcing and networking.
• Screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
• Provide structured feedback to hiring managers and drive timely progression of candidates.
• Manage multiple open roles with shifting priorities during peak activity.
• Coordinate next steps and ensure movement through the hiring process.
• Maintain proactive updates with hiring managers on pipeline and market insights.
• Navigate high-pressure, fast-moving environments with direct stakeholder communication.
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies and refine searches by quality and market conditions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports hiring across Integras corporate functions partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high quality talent aligned to active project needs This role is responsible for building targeted candidate pipelines driving recruiting activity forward and ensuring consistent progress across open roles in a fast paced project driven environment This position operates in a dynamic setting with evolving priorities tied to project timelines and requires strong ownership proactive sourcing and consistent communication Success in this role is defined by the ability to manage urgency navigate field based hiring challenges and deliver qualified talent under tight timelines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements candidate profiles and hiring strategies for construction and project based roles


• Recruit across a range of roles including information technology accounting and finance sales human resources and operational support


• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing direct outreach networking and market mapping


• Screen and assess candidates for technical and behavioral fit ensuring alignment with role requirements and project needs


• Provide structured candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers


• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously particularly during periods of increased project activity


• Drive hiring activity forward by coordinating next steps ensuring timely movement through the hiring process


• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with hiring managers providing updates pipeline visibility and market insights


• Navigate high pressure fast moving environments with shifting priorities and direct stakeholder communication styles


• Execute disciplined targeted sourcing strategies refining searches based on candidate quality and market conditions


• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of recruiting experience supporting corporate functions in a fast paced high growth environment


• Experience in agency recruiting andor highly proactive in house sourcing environments strongly preferred


• Demonstrated success building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing outreach and networking


• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and partner effectively with field leadership and hiring managers


• Experience operating in fast paced project driven environments with shifting priorities


• Ability to recruit across multiple locations and varying labor markets


• Preferred Bachelors degree
