T‑Mobile’s Strategy, Development & Partnerships team is an internal strategy team that partners with leaders across the company to tackle high‑impact business problems, evaluate growth opportunities, and shape the future of the Un‑Carrier.

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will support critical initiatives that influence long‑term direction, customer experience, growth priorities, and business performance. Projects may include evaluating new businesses and partnerships, assessing emerging technologies, supporting product and go‑to‑market strategies, improving core business performance, and shaping the evolution of the portfolio of products and services.

In this role, you will own workstreams within larger strategy projects. You will structure complex problems, develop analyses, build financial and decision‑making models, synthesize insights, and help translate recommendations into clear executive‑ready materials. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners and senior strategy leaders to support decisions on some of the most important priorities.

This role is located in Bellevue, WA and offers a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own key workstreams within strategic projects, with guidance from strategy leaders.
  • Break down ambiguous business questions into clear hypotheses, work plans, analyses, and decision points.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, market sizing, competitive benchmarking, customer analysis, financial analysis, business performance diagnostics, and trend assessment.
  • Build financial models, case, scenario analyses, and other decision‑making tools to evaluate strategic options.
  • Synthesize complex analysis into clear insights, recommendations, and business implications.
  • Partner with teams across product, finance, technology, marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience to gather input, align on assumptions, and support recommendations.
  • Develop executive‑ready presentations that communicate complex topics in a simple, structured, and compelling way.
  • Present findings and recommendations to strategy leaders, business partners, and, when appropriate, senior executives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, new technologies, and business model innovation.
Education & Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative, technical, or analytical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, or 4+ years of meaningful experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance, product strategy, business operations, business analytics, or another role requiring problem solving and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
  • Experience turning data, research, and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing presentations, strategic narratives, or decision materials for senior audiences.
  • Ability to work optimally in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
  • MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, media, consumer services, digital products, subscriptions, marketplaces, or emerging technology markets.
  • Experience with large datasets, customer insights, competitive intelligence, market research, or data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with AI, connectivity, digital services, consumer technology, enterprise technology, or platform business models.
