The impact you will have:

As Corporate Strategy Manager, you will independently lead strategic projects and major workstreams across QTS. You will partner with business leaders to define objectives, direct analysis, develop recommendations, and drive initiatives from planning through delivery while ensuring work remains aligned with QTS business priorities.

Basic Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of overall professional experience

• Ability to leverage existing problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize program outcomes
• Ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other applicable advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience preferred
• 3+ years of strategy or management consulting experience preferred
• 1+ years of people leadership experience preferred
• Experience with data centers or other capital-intensive industries is preferred but not required

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Virginia. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:

$129,700.00 - 198,428.00
