Job summary

QTS is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to independently lead strategic projects and major workstreams across the organization, partnering with business leaders to define objectives and drive initiatives from planning through delivery.

You will direct analyses, develop recommendations, present to senior leaders, and ensure work aligns with priorities while influencing cross-functional partners and communicating with impact. Requires 5+ years in strategy/consulting and travel up to 25%.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of overall professional experience
• 2+ years of strategy or management consulting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience leveraging analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to leverage existing problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize program outcomes
• Ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of an organization
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other applicable advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience preferred
• 3+ years of strategy or management consulting experience preferred
• 1+ years of people leadership experience preferred
• Experience with data centers or other capital-intensive industries is preferred but not required

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:
$129,700.00 - 198,428.00
