Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, or another analytical environment.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills with the ability to create executive-level materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify strategic opportunities.
• Prepare executive-and board-level presentations that clearly communicate recommendations and financial insights.
• Analyze business performance, portfolio opportunities, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Support mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and other special projects.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, investor relations, and executive leadership on high-priority initiatives.
