Job summary

Jobot is seeking corporate associates to join a transactional practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity work. This role offers exposure to a wide range of deal types and the opportunity to work closely with sponsors, companies, and internal deal teams across all stages of transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions from inception through closing.
• Draft and negotiate primary and ancillary transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring and execution.
• Coordinate deal processes, including managing timelines and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members on complex corporate and transactional matters.
• Assist with post-closing matters and ongoing client advisory work.
