SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Corporate Strategy Associate to shape our long-term growth in Boston. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will help define strategy, craft the long-range plan, and drive cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth while guiding executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Define our long-term growth strategy and support the development of our long-range business plan
• Lead go-to-market strategy, commercial improvement initiatives, and growth strategy
• Construct executive and Board-level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership
• Lead high priority strategic projects from ideation through to implementation (e.g., pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, business transformations, organizational design, process improvement)
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (including executive-level sponsors) to drive cross-departmental initiatives to reach growth goals
• Perform quantitative analyses and partner with executive leadership to drive quarterly and annual goal-setting

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days on site per week in Boston, MA.

To help us achieve our ambitious mission, we are now searching for a Corporate Strategy Associate to join our team in Boston.

Your Mission:

• Define our long-term growth strategy and support the development of our long-range business plan

MA Pay Range: $60,000 - $120,750
