The role involves supervising and coordinating accounting operations for assigned properties, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support hotel accounting staff.
• Review and reconcile daily postings, general ledger accounts, and bank statements.
• Prepare hotel-level financial statements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.
• Lead and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Participate in special projects and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-hotel accounting.
