Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics accounting software.
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented while able to work independently.
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process, code, review and submittal of accounts payable on a weekly basis.
• Process, review and posting of all receivables on a daily basis.
• Create invoices and lien waivers from Brokers, Clients and Title Companies.
• Calculate and process broker commissions based on predetermined percentages.
• Monitor bank and lockbox accounts for daily activity.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for Operating and Investment entities.
• Prepare monthly intercompany invoices and reimbursements.
• Prepare monthly client reimbursement invoices.
• Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations for posting to accounts payable.
• Assist in the creation of monthly financial reports.
• Assist in the yearly annual budget.
• Assist in research and documentation for yearly audits.
• Ad-hoc reports as necessary.
