Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• 1+ years of accounting experience; recent graduates may be considered.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and month-end close.
• Proficiency with Excel; ERP/accounting-system experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Reconcile bank, general ledger, and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements and schedules.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed.
• Research account variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with audit requests and other accounting projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.
