Job summary

The role covers full-cycle sourcing responsibilities across multiple functions, including sales and technical/engineering, with a focus on building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring compliant onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting environment
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including sales and technical/engineering roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding by coordinating background checks and reference verification in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
• Manage candidate data in Advantech's applicant tracking system

Advantech is seeking a temporary Corporate Sourcer to join our team in Tustin, CA for an approximately 3-month temporary assignment. This is a sourcing-focused role covering candidate sourcing, screening, and candidate management for our open positions.

Responsibilities:
