Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in facility management in a corporate environment; familiarity with trade associations and ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, customer service experience, financial budget responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to external and internal stakeholders in leadership positions.
• Strong financial acumen, with the proficiency to develop and manage capital plans and budgets.
• High degree of professional autonomy and extensive vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement all aspects of the Corporate Services and Facility Strategy and Business Plan.
• Develop and Control Operational Budgets for corporately operated facilities.
• Manage onsite vendor/contractor performance and ensure timely, quality work.
• Lead 3rd party contracts for preventive and reactive maintenance, facility projects, and on-site services.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align with Nissan’s corporate strategy and facilities needs.
• Present facility opportunities, status, budgets, and capital plans to leadership.
