GardaWorld Security Services in San Jose, CA is seeking a Security Surveillance Officer to join our corporate client network. The role emphasizes customer service, access control, and proactive vigilance across office towers, hotels, and shopping environments.

Applicants must have a BSIS Guard Card, 32-hour BSIS trainings, be 21+, and eligible to work in the U.S. A valid driver's license and at least 1 year of corporate security experience are required. Competitive hourly wages include benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr BSIS training.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have one year of corporate security experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and have an active driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation required.
• Exceptional customer service and basic phone/computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identity
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: San Jose, CA
• Schedule: 16 hours per week, Saturday - Sunday, 8:00 am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities Of a Security Guard - Corporate Client

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Security Guard - Corporate Client

• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have one year of corporate security experience.
• Must be be 21 years of age
• Must have active driver's license
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
