Messerli Kramer is a leading full-service law firm in Minneapolis. We have a well-earned reputation within the business community of providing sound, reasoned, practical and comprehensive legal advice. Messerli Kramer represents a variety of clients across a series of practice groups: Banking and Finance, Business Litigation, Corporate and Estate Planning, Commercial Real Estate and Family Law.
We are looking for a corporate and securities attorney with at least 5-10 years of experience to help expand our corporate practice. This ideal candidate will have experience in corporate, transactional and securities law matters. Candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and takes initiative to support our clients. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a thriving and accomplished Corporate practice group.

Requirements
Base compensation will vary based on level of experience and practice specialty. Associate compensation range $150,000-210,000. Associate Attorneys are also eligible for quarterly and/or annual bonus incentives based on performance.
