Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and new-hire training for licensed agents joining the sales floor
• Teach and reinforce our sales process, from first contact through needs analysis, presentation, and close
• Run daily and weekly training sessions, role plays, and objection-handling drills
• Review call recordings and live calls, then deliver clear, actionable coaching
• Track agent performance metrics (dials, appointments, presentations, conversion) and build targeted development plans
• Build and maintain training materials, scripts, playbooks, and certification checkpoints
• Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and improve floor-wide results
• Ensure all training reflects state insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and company compliance standards

Our leadership has built and managed sales and marketing teams of thousands. We generate our own leads in-house, which means our agents spend their time in front of interested prospects instead of chasing cold lists.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales-Business Coach to develop the agents on our on-site sales floor in Hollywood, FL. You will onboard new hires, sharpen experienced producers, and turn our sales process into repeatable results across the team.

We are looking for people who already know how to teach and how to sell. That includes current sales trainers, corporate or business trainers with a background or strong interest in sales, and seasoned sales agents who are ready to move from producing to developing producers.

You do not need to have trained in life insurance before. You need to know how to build skill in others, hold people to a standard, and measure whether it worked.

What You Will Do

Lead onboarding and new-hire training for licensed agents joining the sales floor

Teach and reinforce our sales process, from first contact through needs analysis, presentation, and close

Requirements

Proven experience in one of the following: sales training, corporate or business training, or a strong track record in high-activity sales

Ability to work full-time on-site in Hollywood, FL (this is not a remote or hybrid role)

Confident presenter who can command a room and coach one-on-one

Ability to break down sales skills into clear, teachable steps

Comfortable giving direct feedback and holding people accountable to standards

Data-driven mindset, able to use performance numbers to guide coaching

Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency (CRM, presentation software, call review tools)

High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

Active life insurance license

Experience training phone-based or inside sales teams

Experience building training programs or curriculum from the ground up
