As Supervisor, Corporate Sales you are a multifaceted leader and directly responsible for the partnership success between YETI and our customers . You will be part of a sales team to drive and deliver a level of service worthy of our YETI brand and is passionate about meeting and exceeding expectations . You will serve as the YETI subject matter expert (SME) to mitigate complex customer issues, create training material s and SOPs for the vertical businesses and directly manage a small subset of accounts. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to better the customer experience, identify and address knowledge gaps within your team .
Responsibilities:
Ensure service quality through KPI and service metric management (e.g., call monitoring, CSAT, SLAs).
Develop and maintain depar tmental SOPs, talk tracks, and deliver ongoing technical training.
Oversee Vertical Sales team operations, including resource planning, scheduling, and performance targets .
Manage identified book of business within vertical accounts.
Set clear expectations and manage team performance effectively.
Bridge operational processes and sales execution, ensuring teams have the tools and support needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex order issues through broad-based analysis.
Act as the Corporate Sales subject matter expert and primary contact for system and process inquiries.
Resolve complex customer inquiries escalated by direct reports.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance results.
Lead cross-functional projects and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships.
Provide constructive feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required .
2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proven ability to drive sales and deliver results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong public speaking and training skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Change agent with a talent for identifying opportunities and recommending solutions.
Pay Range is $60,000-$70,000 USD
