Our Longevity Executive Health program is designed to help corporate leaders optimize their health, performance, and longevity through early detection, proactive health strategies, and personalized precision care.

We are now expanding our reach to corporate partners in the Bay Area - empowering business leaders and their teams to prioritize longevity and peak performance. Join us in shaping the future of preventative care.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Corporate Sales Specialist to strengthen our business development efforts with Bay Area corporations. This role will focus on promoting HLI’s Longevity Executive Health program to HR and executive leadership teams, with the goal of positioning HLI as the premier partner for high-impact health and performance solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience selling high-end services to corporate decision-makers and a passion for bringing meaningful, transformative solutions into the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan focused on expanding our Longevity Executive Health program into Bay Area companies.
  • Identify and engage key corporate stakeholders (e.g., HR leaders, benefits managers, wellness directors, C-suite executives).
  • Build long-term relationships with local corporations, venture funds, family offices, and executive networks.

Client Engagement & Program Promotion:

  • Educate corporate partners on the value of proactive health management, longevity science, and HLI’s executive screening program.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and personalized proposals tailored to the needs of each company.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate prospects from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and host small, high-impact events (e.g., executive luncheons, wellness briefings, leadership retreats).
  • Represent HLI at local business, tech, and health-focused networking events to expand visibility and engagement.
  • Use Salesforce to track leads, manage opportunities, and report on pipeline and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to optimize strategy and messaging.
  • Partner with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sales to onboarding.
  • Share market feedback to refine offerings and enhance corporate client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in luxury wellness, healthcare, or executive services.
  • Strong track record of selling to corporate clients, with an understanding of employee benefits, executive wellness, or concierge services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with executives and decision-makers.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience organizing client-facing events and relationship-building activities.
