Franchise Sales Specialist - US Based Remote

Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required.

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to effective usage of the Salesforce platform. The specialist will also recommend process improvements, be knowledgeable in reporting metrics, support strategic initiatives, and interact directly with the sales team.

Roles And Responsibilities
  1. Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing training on Salesforce features, assist in creating and maintaining training materials, collaborate with sales leadership and operations to identify process bottlenecks, and support the implementation of efficiency strategies.
  2. Salesforce Business Administration: Serve as the subject matter expert, support sales team with Salesforce, customize reports and dashboards, and liaise with shared services on sales initiatives.
  3. Sales Process Optimization: Support the improvement of sales workflows and processes.
  4. Sales Metrics and Reporting: Generate insights through reports and dashboards, monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, tech, and brand teams to align messaging and initiatives, and facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce Certification required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable with strong time management.
  • Positive attitude, attention to confidentiality and detail.
  • Data analysis skills are a plus.
  • High-speed internet connection required.
