Associated Bank offers a 12-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to corporate risk management and resiliency planning. The program includes orientation, workshops, research projects, and professional development, helping you build real-world skills while aligning with our culture and mission.

The internship welcomes students pursuing Associate's or Bachelor's degrees, with a focus on developing project coordination, documentation, and risk

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at internship start date; must not have graduated.
• Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at internship start date; must not have graduated.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Support the Business Resumption team within Corporate Risk Management on organizational resiliency activities, including disaster recovery, third‑party resiliency, business continuity, and incident and crisis response.
• Coordinate the review of cyber or ransomware response plans by contacting plan owners, establishing deadlines, scheduling review meetings, communicating expectations, and helping ensure plans are updated on time.
• Collaborate with plan owners throughout the organization to coordinate assigned work, manage deadlines, and guide plan review conversations.
• Support resiliency and preparedness activities related to technology recovery, vendor recovery capabilities, critical business processes, and incident response.
• Gain exposure to adjacent Corporate Risk Management functions, which may include Information Security Risk Management and Records Information Management.
• Apply training and feedback while building skills in project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and risk awareness.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.
