Job summary

Associated Bank offers a 12-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience and mentoring across the organization. You will participate in structured activities, support disaster recovery and resiliency efforts, and coordinate reviews with plan owners while learning risk management concepts.

Ideal candidates are current Associate's or Bachelor's degree students in good standing, with basic MS Word/Outlook skills and an interest in recovery planning and emergency systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at the internship start date (must not have graduated before start).
• Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at the internship start date (must not have graduated before start).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured internship programming including orientation, workshops and networking events.
• Support the Business Resumption team within Corporate Risk Management on resiliency activities.
• Coordinate review of cyber or ransomware response plans with plan owners and deadlines.
• Collaborate with plan owners to coordinate assigned work and guide reviews.
• Support resiliency and preparedness activities related to technology and vendor recovery.
• Gain exposure to adjacent Corporate Risk Management functions such as Information Security Risk Management.
• Apply training to build skills in project coordination and risk awareness.
• Follow policies and confidentiality guidelines and complete additional duties as assigned.

Education
