Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in PR or journalism, preferably in financial services, professional services or tech
• Experience building relationships with financial, business and tech media and influencers
• Experience securing coverage in traditional, online and social media
• Excellent writing, communication and editorial skills
• Experience developing and executing media relations strategies across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media monitoring, tracking and reporting tools
• Proficiency in AI tools including Claude and/or Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on sustained corporate reputation programs
• Build institutional knowledge and competitive intelligence to support client assignments
• Coordinate integrated reputation programs including media relations, influencer outreach, executive positioning
• Strategize and manage outreach using industry knowledge and trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with media, thought leaders, influencers, analysts and regulators
• Draft strategic communications and media materials: messaging, talking points, releases and fact sheets
• Monitor client industry and coverage, develop actionable strategies
• Prepare media updates for client meetings and conference calls
