Job summary

Raymond West in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Recruiter to source, attract, and select top talent for our warehouse solutions team. This in-office role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment from posting jobs to offers and onboarding, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and stay current on employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, along with relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for a positive experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices and interview techniques.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
