Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring a Corporate Recruiter in Alabama to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and talent market dynamics.

You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, conduct screens and interviews, guide interview best practices, and maintain a positive candidate experience while leveraging Avature ATS and staying in-office.

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and act as a business partner.
• Comfortable working with the latest technologies.

• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.

• Guide hiring managers on interview practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health in the ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and outcomes.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end-to-end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
