Job summary

Rang Technologies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to own our full-cycle internal recruitment across all business units.

You will source, interview, and extend offers while representing Rang at career fairs and managing the talent pipeline. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing and assessment skills, and excellent organizational abilities with ATS proficiency.

We're seeking a dynamic recruiter to own our full-cycle internal recruitment efforts across all business units, from sourcing and interviewing to offer extensions. You'll represent Rang at career fairs, manage our talent pipeline, and support client recruitment as bandwidth allows.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment
• Strong organizational skills and ATS proficiency
• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships
• Bonus: Experience in IT, engineering, or pharma/life sciences recruiting
