CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to drive high-volume recruitment across branches, partnering with hiring managers to set priorities and targets, create compelling job descriptions, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication, organization, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• High-volume recruiting, adhering to deadlines and hiring goals.
• Work with hiring managers on priorities and targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Create, update and develop job descriptions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to assess recruiting plan effectiveness.

• Improve the website’s recruiting section to aid recruitment.
• Use social/professional networks to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct prescreen interviews using reliable tools/methods.
• Evaluate knowledge, skills, and aptitudes of applicants.
• Schedule interviews and provide timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding new employees.
• Act as contact and build candidate relationships during selection.
• Collect and interpret data on recruitment effectiveness.

Position Overview

The Corporate Recruiter will employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting channels. The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in hiring individuals and achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• High-volume recruiting, adhering to strict deadlines and hiring goals.
• Work with hiring managers on establishing hiring priorities and developing hiring targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Create, update and develop job descriptions.
• Conduct regular and consistent follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of requirements.
• Research and recommend new sources for proactive candidate recruiting.
• Post openings to online internet resources or other position-appropriate venues.
• Improve the company website’s recruiting section to assist in recruiting.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct and prescreen interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Schedule interviews and provide timely follow up.
• Collaborate with HR team members to assist in onboarding new employees ensuring a smooth transition.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding.
• Maintain highly confidential documentation and information.
• Be an ambassador of the CrossCountry Mortgage brand.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, related field or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 3-5 years of human resources corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience a plus.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication, organization, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
