Job summary

Orionplacement seeks a practicing attorney with experience in corporate, business transactional, and real estate law to advise clients and draft/negotiate complex agreements. The role is on-site in a downtown Cincinnati office environment.

An active Ohio Bar license and 1+ year of directly relevant experience are required. A book of business is helpful but not required, with opportunities to grow client relationships within an established firm.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Bar license required.
• 1+ year of corporate, business transactional, and/or real estate law experience.
• Strong research, writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Book of business is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate, business, transactional, and real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist clients with business formation, governance, transactions, and general corporate matters.
• Handle and support a variety of real estate transactions and related legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Communicate directly with clients and develop trusted professional relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of legal quality and client service.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
