Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an on-site attorney in Cincinnati, OH with 1+ year of corporate, business transactional, or real estate experience. The role works directly with clients to advise on matters and draft/negotiate contracts.

You will join a respected law firm known for client service, with opportunities to grow within an established client base and collaborate across practice areas while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Bar license.
• At least 1 year of corporate, business transactional, and/or real estate law experience.
• Book of business is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate, business transactional, and real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Assist clients with business formation, governance, transactions, and corporate matters.
• Handle real estate transactions and related legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-focused advice.
• Communicate directly with clients and develop trusted professional relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of legal quality and client service.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the practice.
