You will help with loan processes, community events, and development of standard operating procedures under supervision. The program emphasizes professional development, mentoring, and in-person events, with some hybrid opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, philanthropy, event planning, business, or related discipline.
• Self-starter and detail oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Project management skills.
• Comfortable working in a team setting and independently.
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Familiarity with survey programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Investment Collaboration on Neighborhoods (ICON) Loan Processes by helping create SOPs, archive loan documents, and draft templates.
• Coordinate general community outreach tasks: schedule presentations, update invite lists, manage event calendars, set up outreach tables.
• Help coordinate Citizens Stakeholder Alliance meetings and participate in community events.
• Research and identify additional outreach services and opportunities for community engagement.
• Attend corporate and community events and volunteer opportunities as schedule allows.
• Assist with Community Resource Day to develop standardized administrative processes.
