Oms Medical Billing Llc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee anesthesia software implementations in Addison, TX. The role drives software integration, clinical operations support, and HIPAA compliance across platforms.

The PM will report to the enterprise product manager, coordinating with EPM and the VP of technology to manage vendors, system integrations, and launch planning with clinician training.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent credential preferred.

Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our anesthesia managementorganization, headquartered in Addison, TX. This role will oversee numerous initiatives thatsupport our clinical operations, enhance patient care delivery, and ensure compliancewith healthcare regulations. The PM will primarily manage softwareimplementation/integration projects. The role will need solid software and a businessstrategy foundation. The role will report to the enterprise product manager and workclosely with both EPM and the VP of technology.Key Responsibilities:Business Goal/Vision Alignment: Work closely with the EPM to understand stakeholdergoals/visions for software solutions and develop project plans to ensure the project trackstowards appropriate milestones, leveraging KPI goals and reporting.Software Discovery: Provide support during software discovery phases through businesslevel deep dives and understanding the software vendors' timeline/requirements.Compliance & Security: Ensure all projects meet HIPAA requirements and healthcare datasecurity standardsVendor and Team Management: Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams toensure information is communicated and milestones are met.System Integration: Oversee integrations between medical specific software and businessmanagement systems to ensure data is communicated across platforms correctly.Launch Planning/Training: Work closely with the EPM to develop and implement launchplans for new software.
