Job summary

Beecan Health in Glendale, CA is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support the Payroll Manager in overseeing multi-state payroll operations and HRIS administration. You will provide analytical and operational support to ensure accurate payroll processing, controls, and client servicing.

The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience and a preference for a Bachelor's degree or equivalent payroll experience. This is a full-time hybrid position handling confidential information with no travel.

• Support multi-state payroll compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
• Assist with quarter-end and year-end payroll processes, audits and reconciliations.
• Provide payroll support and subject-matter expertise to internal teams and client facilities.
• Maintain payroll documentation, procedures and training materials.
• Support HRIS administration, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Identify and assist with payroll process and control improvements.

Overview Of The Role/Job

The Payroll Analyst supports the Payroll Manager in the oversight of multi-state payroll operations, client service, HRIS administration, reporting and compliance.
