The Fresh Air Fund is seeking a Corporate Engagement Coordinator to develop and manage corporate partnerships and hands-on volunteer experiences that connect corporate support with youth development initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Institutional Giving and collaborates with program leaders and the Development Team.

Ideal candidates are organized, personable, and relationship-driven development professionals energized by turning corporate philanthropy into meaningful youth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in nonprofit development, volunteer management, or partnerships.
• Experience with donor databases; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Strong organization, planning, and communication skills; able to manage multiple partners and events.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners and volunteer groups as primary point of contact.
• Design and manage corporate engagement and volunteer opportunities aligned with youth development goals.
• Facilitate on-site volunteer activities, corporate engagement days, and occasional travel to Fresh Air camps.
• Collaborate with Development Team and program leaders to align resources with needs and partnerships.
• Prepare briefing materials, event recaps, and follow-up communications for partner meetings.
• Maintain accurate partner records and volunteer data in Salesforce.
• Support cultivation of new corporate prospects and outreach materials.
• Coordinate logistics for large-scale corporate events with internal teams and vendors.
• Represent Fresh Air at site visits, events, and volunteer days.
