Job summary

The Fresh Air Fund is seeking a Corporate Engagement Coordinator in New York, NY. This fundraising professional will build corporate partnerships and hands-on volunteer experiences to support youth development and summer programs.

Reporting to the Director of Institutional Giving, you will work with program leaders to align corporate resources with organizational needs, manage events, and cultivate new prospects. This is an on-site role with some evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of nonprofit development, volunteer management, or related experience.
• Experience with CRM/donor databases; Salesforce a plus.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to bridge corporate networks and community needs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple partners and events.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners and volunteer groups; serve as primary contact for day-to-day coordination.
• Design and manage corporate engagement and volunteer opportunities aligned with youth development goals.
• Coordinate on-site visits, events, and travel to Fresh Air camps as needed.
• Collaborate with Development Team to align corporate resources with organizational needs.
• Prepare briefing materials and follow-up communications for partner meetings and events.
• Maintain partner records and volunteer data in Salesforce; track next steps.
