Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in the legal field, primarily as a Corporate Paralegal.
  • Proficient in Word, PDF, Excel, and DocuSign.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of work product.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys with corporate/finance transactions, including diligence, research, document prep, and closing coordination.
  • Maintain transaction and status checklists for the Corporate/Finance practice.
  • Conduct Secretary of State searches and coordinate lien searches with vendors.
  • Prepare and coordinate filing of UCC financing statements, amendments, and terminations.
  • Prepare standard transaction documents using established forms and templates.
  • Assemble, review, and organize closing documents and packets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, vendors, and team members.
