Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Associate degree and commitment to earn Bachelor within three years; or relevant military experience at U.S. E6 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a professional legal role.
• Demonstrated experience with contract processing, reviewing, drafting, negotiating, redlining, and amending.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client requests, assess for gaps or legal risk, and apply standards to complete requests.
• Adhere to standards to drive consistency in service and identify inefficiencies.
