Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and option ledgers; update client cap tables
• Prepare and file Form D, Form ID, and 25102(f) notices
• Prepare routine consents and resolutions
• Prepare and file annual reports and state filings
• Manage closing sets and data rooms; collate signature pages
• Verify officer/director information and corporate records
• Prepare and edit formation/provision documents
• Manage DocuSign envelopes and signature collection
