The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. Four to ten years of paralegal or related experience is preferred; a paralegal certificate is a plus, though not

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of paralegal or related administration experience.
• Paralegal certificate not required but is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Form and file entity formation, dissolutions, and annual reports.
• Draft board and officer resolutions.
• Maintain electronic records and corporate minute books.
• Assist with SEC and NYSE filings.
• Provide admin support to the Corporate Legal Team.
• Other corporate duties as assigned.
