The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of paralegal or related experience; a paralegal certificate is a plus. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe, plus strong written communication and reliability, are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to the Corporate Legal team.
• Assist with SEC and NYSE filings and stockholder communications.
• Draft board and officer resolutions and maintain corporate records.
• Support entity formation, dissolutions, annual reports and state filings.
• Coordinate general clerical duties for the corporate legal group.
