It’s an insurance covered benefit, so it’s available to most adults with Caregivers free of charge to them.

The Ideal Teammate Would Be Able To

• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Prepare and organize corporate documentation, including correspondence, reports, and memoranda
• Own the legal document database, structure and keep up-to-date
• Manage investor equity through Carta
• Provide support during audits
• Ensure state compliance is met with licensure and board physicians
• Ensure good standing and annual reports are filed on a timely basis
• Support new business and proposal teams as needed
• Coordinate the execution of remote signatures and notarizations for executives and directors
  
  

Would You Describe Yourself As Someone Who Has

• 2+ years of corporate legal support experience(required)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with additional experience (required)
• Experience in healthcare, particularly with payors including government programs (Medicare, Medicaid) (required)
• Familiarity with New York and Delaware law (required)
• Experience working with multi-site healthcare (preferred)
• Experience with Carta software (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong writing and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks under strict time constraints
• Passion about Vesta Healthcare’s mission to improve people’s lives

Pay range is $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience. (The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level).
