What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with employment, lease, vendor, and other day-to-day operational matters
- Administer and maintain operational databases for accurate corporate data and documents
- Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and report on pertinent updates
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other legal documents
- Provide administrative support to General Counsel and other attorneys in the legal department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, with some law firm experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Proficient computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn new functions quickly
- Strong ability to conduct and summarize legal research
