Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC is hiring an entry-level Paralegal to join the Corporate Team. The role supports legal, compliance, and administrative tasks across a multi-state, multi-entity structure, including registrations, SBA filings, and employment-law tracking.

The successful candidate will work closely with accounting, HR, and senior management, maintaining confidentiality and timely support. Office location includes Manassas, VA, with operations supporting domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of paralegal or legal administrative experience.
• Experience supporting corporate, multi-entity, or government contracting environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of business entity formation and multi-state registration requirements desirable.
• Familiarity with employment law concepts and reasonable accommodation processes preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across entities and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registering companies in states where the company has employees and maintain tax account numbers.
• Support SBA filings, certifications (including 8(a) program updates) and related inquiries.
• Provide administrative support for ADA accommodations, litigation holds, and document collection with outside counsel.
• Track updates in employment laws and coordinate compliance records with HR and management.
• Maintain organized filing systems for corporate, SBA, employment, tax, and legal records.
