Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys in our Business Acquisitions and Securities practice group. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong corporate paralegal capabilities and excellent client service.

Responsibilities include maintaining corporate records, handling UCC searches, and supporting M&A and contract work while coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or ABA‑approved paralegal certificate.
• 3+ years in corporate paralegal, legal project management, client service, or related experience.
• Experience with project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate records, formation, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle UCC searches/filings, lien filings, apostilles.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and contract work.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams.
