The role demands strong research, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in corporate paralegal work, with familiarity in Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and SEC/EDGAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience.
• Strong research skills using major legal databases.
• Experience in IPO and public company matters is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects independently under limited supervision.
• Oversee IPO transaction tasks: checklists, due diligence, document proofreading, site visits.
• Prepare and proofread deal documents, disclosures, SEC filings, and agreements.
• Provide pre-closing, closing, and post-closing support.
• Conduct legal and factual research and prepare correspondence and closing checklists.
