Aecon Group Inc. seeks a Paralegal for the U.S. Corporate Legal team to support governance, entity management, licensing, and registrations across U.S. subsidiaries and joint ventures. Hybrid role based in Mount Laurel, NJ with frequent collaboration across offices.

You''ll assist with filings, due diligence, document organization, and closing deliverables for mergers and transactions, while maintaining accurate corporate records and regulatory calendars in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate.
• 0-4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with formation, qualification, maintenance, and dissolution of entities across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
• Prepare and file formation certificates, articles of incorporation, amendments, mergers, and annual reports.
• Coordinate filings with Secretary of State and maintain good standing records.
