Mainspring Energy is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support governance, entity management and transaction work for a rapidly scaling energy tech company.

You will collaborate with General Counsel and cross-functional teams, help with annual filings, record-keeping, and due diligence while maintaining confidentiality.
