Job summary

Bridgeline Solutions seeks a senior corporate paralegal to support its transactional team in Dallas–Fort Worth. You’ll handle entity formation, UCC filings, lien searches, and closing coordination for private investors and operating companies on commercial real estate and loan transactions.

You’ll work five days in-office with a reasonable billable target, collaborating directly with partners on a close-knit team and avoiding Dallas commuting.

Qualifications

• Established experience as a corporate paralegal, transactional paralegal, closing paralegal, or real estate paralegal.
• Hands-on UCC, entity-maintenance, and commercial real estate or finance closing work.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file entity formation, foreign qualification, and annual report documents; manage Secretary of State filings through CT Corporation, CSC, or similar
• Order and review UCC, lien, and litigation searches; prepare and file UCC financing statements and related amendments
• Run closing checklists, signature packets, and funds flow for commercial real estate and loan closings; assemble closing binders
• Maintain minute books, ownership records, and entity files across multiple clients
• Manage virtual data rooms and document management platforms (iManage, NetDocuments, or similar)

On-site in Dallas or Fort Worth. An established law practice is adding a senior corporate paralegal to its transactional team. You'll handle entity formation and maintenance, UCC filings and lien searches, and closing coordination for private investors and operating companies on commercial real estate and loan transactions.

What you'll do

What's offered

• Base up to $140K depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and full benefits
• 37.5-hour week with a reasonable billable target
• Direct work with partners on a close-knit team; no Dallas commute
