Job summary

Xceedance is hiring a Paralegal to support the Senior Legal Corporate Counsel across the organization’s US operations. You will work closely with senior in-house counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, helping manage legal risk and enable business objectives.

This role offers exposure to corporate and commercial issues within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and room to develop within a growing in-house legal function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legal files, contract repositories, and corporate records.
• Manage contract execution processes, including coordinating signatures and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Track legal matters, deadlines, contract renewals, and compliance obligations.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorneys.
• Coordinate with internal business teams and outside counsel.
• Support legal operations and special projects as needed.
• Knowledge of employment law matters is a plus but not required.
