PositionSummary:
TheCorporate Paralegal will support our in-house Legal Department and work closelywith the General Counsel and internal teams. This role is an excellentopportunity for someone looking to advance their legal career in acollaborative corporate setting. The position involves contract review,compliance tracking, legal research, and support with employment-related andcorporate governance matters.

KeyResponsibilities:
Review,draft, and organize various business contracts (vendor agreements, NDAs,purchase agreements, and service agreements).
Supportthe lifecycle of contracts, including renewals, notices, and recordkeeping.
Assistwith legal research, summarizing findings, and drafting internal memoranda.
Prepareand maintain corporate documentation, filings, and compliance reports.
Providegeneral legal support for employment-related documentation and policy updates.
Helpcoordinate with Human Resources, management, and outside counsel when needed.
Maintainaccuracy and confidentiality in all legal, corporate, and employee records.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’sdegree in paralegal studies, business, or a related field.
1-4years of paralegal experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting.
Strongorganizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Abilityto handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Preferred:
ParalegalCertification (or working toward one).
Experiencesupporting contract management or compliance in a corporate or manufacturingenvironment.
WorkEnvironment:
Full-time,Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Occasionalevening or weekend work may be required.
Sometravel may occur.
Officeand manufacturing environments; PPE may be required in certain areas.
